Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new drops or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to
24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Split Shipments

Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.


Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Saint Zonder is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Saint Zonder is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
